ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by one of the members of the Co-operative Society seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to convene a special board meeting as per Rule 62(3) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Rules, 1988.

2. The said request has been made for convening a meeting for considering a no confidence motion as against the members of the board. 2/4

The tenure of the members of the board has already expired. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition.
