ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the appeal filed by the petitioner was considered and final orders were passed on 04.05.2021 by the Commissioner of Land Administration and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

2.After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
