Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's candidature as having required qualification and forward the petitioner's application to the first respondent for the inclusion of the petitioner's name in the seniority list for the post of Assistant Elementary Education Officer and further directing the first respondent to include the petitioner's name in the seniority list for the post of Assistant Elementary Education Officer for the year 2014.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's candidature for promotion to the post of Assistant Elementary Educational Officer.

2.However, during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the case of the writ petitioner was considered and the writ petitioner was promoted to the post of Assistant Elementary Educational https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officer and now, he is working in the said post. 3.This being the factum, the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
