RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT PRAYER : Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6832 of 2021 vide order dated 19.05.2021 in respect of teh case in Cr.No.65 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NAVANEETHARAJA.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6832 of 2021, dated 19.05.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
