[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard Mr.T.Augustine Ebenezer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Survey No.116/13A was allotted to the School, now encroachment is made in the said land by the third respondent and others.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the authority would conduct the survey of the land in Survey No.116/13A and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps in accordance with law would be undertaken.

4. In view of the said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
