PRAYER (in W.P.(MD) No.14028 of 2015): Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to construct underground drainage system and to ensure that the residents of the above said area are not exposed void able health hazard in lake area and TTC Nagar ward No.28 Madurai Town on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2015 within the time frame. 2. A perusal of the papers shows that during 2015, the petitioner - Association gave representations seeking the aforesaid reliefs. This Court is

of the view that by efflux of time, there would have been a change of circumstances. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned indicating the current requirements as well as deficiencies to be sorted out, if any, this writ petition is closed.
