PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to restore and continue of the petitioner's name in the register of the tenancy record under Form V in Form 5/2/95/AB, dated 31.03.2000 within the time frame fixed by this Court. ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent to restore and continue the petitioner's name in the register of the tenancy record under Form V in Form 5/2/95/AB, dated 31.03.2000.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case and to restore and continue the petitioner's name in the register of the tenancy record under Form V in Form 5/2/95/AB, dated 31.03.2000, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well

as the sixth respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
