With a grievance that the petitioner's application, dated 13.07.2022 for survey of his land has not been considered by the respondent has filed this writ petition.

2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the official respondents seeks short accommodation to ascertain whether they have completed the survey or not.

3.Considering the rival submissions made and considering that the application submitted by the petitioner in the year 2022 has not been considered so far, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Survey Officer to conduct an 2/4

enquiry under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and conclude the survey within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
