This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2025 to 1/4

taken on file the unnumbered O.A.No. Of 2025 filed by him dated 16.01.2025 before the respondent under Section 63A of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's O.A filed under Section 63A of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 has been numbered as O.A.No.8 of 2025 and the first date of hearing has been fixed on 14.08.2025. To this effect, the communication which was signed by the Inspector, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, marked a copy to the learned counsel for the respondents, is taken on file.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands closed as no further orders are required. No costs.
