ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 27.07.2023 to the second respondent seeking for issuance of a separate ration card in her name. Since the second respondent has not taken any step on the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application dated 27.07.2023 has been rejected on the ground that Aadhaar Card has not been enclosed along with the application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has verified with the petitioner and she is also having an Aadhar Card.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh application along with Aadhaar Card through on-line, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event any fresh application is made with Aadhaar Card, the respondents shall consider the same and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from thereon.
