ORDER

[Order of the Court was delivered by V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.] In terms of the order passed by this Court on 11.12.2023, the matter was remitted to the Chief Educational Officer, Madurai, to reconsider the application that had been filed by the contempt petitioner. 2.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate representing the respondent has produced the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, dated 28.02.2025, to the effect that an enquiry was conducted and the application made by the contempt petitioner was rejected. 3.Since the order has been complied with albeit with some delay, we are not inclined to initiate contempt.
