Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2013 in the light of the circular No.67 issued by the first respondent herein dated 03.11.2011 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 that Circular No.67 has been withdrawn and it has been replaced by a new circular.

Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition as the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2013 in the light of the Circular No.67 issued by the first respondent on 03.11.2011.
3. After recording the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents 5 and 6 that Circular No.67 has been withdrawn, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to give a fresh representation in the light of the applicable circular within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation, the first respondent shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
