ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a 1/4

final report in Crime No.180 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and they will file charge sheet shortly.

3. Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
