COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, in Cr.Nos.1245, 1136 & 1086 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused have stolen three two wheelers namely, Bajaj Pulsar (two in number) & Honda DIO, bearing Registration Nos.TN-55-C-9493, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). Nos.17769, 17778 & 17785 of 2021 TN-55-AF-6189 & TN-55-BD-3026. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner herein was implicated, on the basis of the confession statement, given by the co-accused and he has specifically mentioned about the three vehicles. He would further submit that the petitioner is having two theft cases.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the alleged offence and considering the fact that the petitioner is having two theft cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
