Mr.K.R.Badurus Zaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the third respondent/the Tahsildar to issue a legal heir certificate pursuant to the application No.TN-720231109132, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 09.11.2023.
3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner's application has already been considered and rejected. However, it is submitted that the petitioner's application will be considered afresh after due enquiry, if a fresh application is made by the petitioner. 4.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by directing the third respondent to process the fresh application to be filed by the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from the date of filing of such application. 2/4
