This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to take up investigation in crime No.315 of 2018 on his file and complete the same in accordance with law, within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that after due investigation, the crime No. 315 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent has been referred as mistake of fact and hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
