ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner wants action to be taken under Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The said circular has subsequently been withdrawn. In fact, the orders passed when the circular was in subsistence were also directed to be recalled.

3. In these circumstances, this writ petition may not survive. The petitioner is however given liberty to work out his rights before the jurisdictional civil Court. The learned counsel on either side inform that both the parties have moved the jurisdictional civil Court by filing the civil suits. The parties may work out their rights in the said suits. 2/4

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
