PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in letter no.14000/ECA 1/2015 dated 16.7.2015 and internet published quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to approve the admission of the petitioner in the respective Second year Engineering Courses commencing from 2015-16 in the 5th respondent college and continue their remaining year courses in accordance with law. ORDER

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to quash the letter of the 2nd respondent, dated 16.07.2015 and consequently direct the respondents to approve the admission of the petitioner in the respective second year Engineering Course commencing from 2015-16 in the 5th respondent college.

2. While admitting the writ petition, this Court was pleased to grant an order of interim stay, which had been extended time and again. 2/4

Based upon which, the petitioner had continued her studies in the 5th respondent college and completed the course. Upon the completion of the course, it is submitted that the 3rd respondent university has also conferred the decree in favour of the petitioner.

3. In view of the subsequent developments, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
