Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.By the impugned communication, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul restrained the second respondent herein from registering any document in respect of the petition mentioned land. 3.My attention has not been drawn to any statutory provision which could have been enabled the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul to pass such a restraint order. It is without jurisdiction. It is set aside and 2/4

the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
