Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent pertaining to his impugned proceedings in Ref.No.J1/10691/2014 dated 22.06.2015 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and direct the respondent to disburse the 50% of gratuity amount, 50% of earn leave amount, 25% monthly pension arrears from the month of December 2013 to till date and pending Daily Allowances arrears and further direct the respondent to pay 100% monthly pension to the petitioner and other benefits more particularly within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.
