The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.107 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam for the offences under Sections 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC. The defacto complainant is the second respondent herein. The petitioner is her father-in-law.

2.The learned Government Advocate took me through the statements recorded under Section 161(3) Cr.P.C., in which specific allegations have been made against the petitioner herein. Therefore, no case for quashing has been made out. The petitioner has to establish his innocence only before the Court below in a regular trial.
