PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb and for cultivating the lands in Survey no. 242/2G situated Karungal Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner`s representations dated 06.10.2018 and 25.04.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.G.Gomathi Sankar For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb and for cultivating the lands in Survey no. 242/2G situated Karungal Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District based on the petitioner`s representations dated 06.10.2018 and 25.04.2019

2. It is seen that the petitioner purchased property comprised in S.No.242/2G from one Ramasamy by registered sale deed dated 23.03.2018 vide document No.11/2018. Thereafter the third and fourth respondent murdered his vendor for the reason that the land was purchased by the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner also filed suit and it is still pending.

3. Therefore the petitioner is directed to approach the civil court for appropriate relief as civil suit is pending. At this juncture, police protection cannot be granted. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
