JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The present Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 26.03.2024 passed in WP(MD) No.6763 of 2024. 2.
It is the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, as well as the respondents 4 to 6 that notice was neither served on them in the writ petition, nor had they entered appearance.
3.
However, we find in paragraph 5 of the order that the Writ Court had recorded that the respondents are intending to spend around Rs.10,00,000/- for Thiruppani works.

4.
From the records, we do not find any such offer from the respondents 4 to 6. As such, it would be appropriate that the parties get clarification from the Writ Court with regard to this observation. 5.
In the light of the above, the Writ Appeal stands closed with liberty to the appellant, as well as the respondents 4 to 6, to file a review petition before the learned single Judge, at least within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Till the filing of the review petition, the parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the renovation works. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (M.S.R, J.)
