Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to forbear the respondents 3 to 5 or their men or their agent or subordinates or any person claiming right through them from conducting Kangaroo Court, consequently direct the first and second respondents to initiate appropriate action against the 4th and 5th respondent for their unlawful activities against the petitioner on the root of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.07.2015 and pass such further or other suitable orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
