This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and take further action on the basis of petitioner's complaint, dated 15.06.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.06.2019, the second respondent has conducted an enquiry and the same was closed on 16.08.2019 and the closure report has also been served to the petitioner.
