Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Since Sterlite factory is presently remaining shut down, this Court need not adjudicate the issue raised in the writ petition. This writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action in the event of there being change in circumstance. No costs.
