This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the petition enquiry closer report, dated 30.07.2022, (N.Ref-258/SDOT/CAMP/2022, dated 18.07.2022) of the third respondent to register First Information Report on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 16.07.2022 and to forward the same to the second respondent for conducting the investigation. 2/4
