ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to initiate contempt proceedings as against the Contemnor and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.3032 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/respondent submits that as directed by this Court, they have conducted enquiry on the petitioner's complaint and closed the same.

3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the contemnor/respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
