It is submitted that this writ petition has been filed seeking to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2014 to take action against the fourth respondent under Section 10(3) of the Passport Act. 2.Mr.R.M.S.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that with regard to a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, a FIR has been registered against the fourth respondent, which was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.16164, 22700 and 22717 of 2016 dated 13.08.2018, on the basis of the joint compromise memo filed by the parties.

3.In the light of the above joint compromise memo, it has also been submitted that the parties have reconciled the same in this writ petition also.
