Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent bearing No.Na.Ka.C2/8051/304/2015, dated 24.07.2015 and quash the same insofar as 9 places mentioned in the first page of the impugned order 1/4

This writ petition is filed as against the cancellation of the petitioner's license for maintaining blinker signals at Kodaikanal. 2.The first respondent by his order dated 23.03.2015 has permitted the petitioner to maintain blinker signals at seven places at Kodaikanal for a period of two years and the same was later 2/4

cancelled by the respondents on 24.07.2015, which is under challenge in this writ petition.

3.Since the license period itself is for a period of two years and subsequently, it was cancelled by the respondents on 24.07.2015, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
