ORDER

The petitioners have approached this court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing them in a civil dispute under the guise of an enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint from the 3rd respondent an FIR in Crime No.173 of 2025 has been registered on the file of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 120(B), 465, 467, 468, 471, and 420 of IPC.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. 06.08.2025 DSK 2/4
