This criminal original petition has been filed seeking police protection.

2. It is well settled that an order of police protection can be granted only to enforce a civil Court's decree or order. In this case, the petitioner is very much having a civil Court's decree in her favour. If that be so, the petitioner can very well enforce the same by filing an E.P. before the concerned Court.
