Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the respondent herein in Roc.No.14941/2013 dated 06.01.2015, quash the same as illegal exercise of authority and consequently, direct the respondents to sanction and pay (i) earned leave encahsment; (ii) encashment of leave on private affairs; and Special Provident Fund amount.

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that all retirement benefits due to the writ petitioner have already been settled. 2.The order of rejecting the settlement of retirement benefits in proceeding dated 06.01.2015, which is impugned in the present Writ Petition, states that the retirement benefits are not settled, on account of pending case. Now, that retirement benefits of the writ petitioner are already settled, as per the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader. 3.Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition.
