(1) That the award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Subordinate Judge), Aruppukottai, dated 26/06/2020 passed in MCOP. NO.50 of 2017 be and is hereby confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed.
(2) That the Appellant/National Insurance Company is directed to deposit the entire compensation awarded by the Tribunal i.e., R.14,70,800/- together with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum if not already deposited) to the credit of MCOP. NO.50 of 2017, dated 26/06/2020, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Subordinate Judge), Aruppukottai, within a period of eight weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
