ORDER

I am not inclined to enter into a detailed discussion on the averments made in the writ petition. The petitioner has an apprehension that the third respondent is laying or about to lay a road in Survey Nos.98, 98/2, 98/28, 98/31 at Sathangudi Bit.I, West Street, Mdadurai.

2. However, it is represented by Mr.Selvaganeshan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R3 that the third respondent is laying the road in Survey Nos.98/59, 98/16 and not in Survey Nos.98, 98/2, 98/28, 98/31 which have been mentioned in the affidavit filed in the writ petition.

3. In view of the said categorical submission, no further order is required and the Writ Petition stands closed. The petitioner is directed to approach the Tahsildar to obtain a copy of FMB and a copy may be issued to the petitioner for reference.
