This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking direction to the respondent Nos.1 & 2 for taking steps to reimburse a sum of Rs.69,604/- incurred towards medical expenses for the treatment taken in the 3rd respondent Hospital.

2. Heard Mr.Vallinayagam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent and M/s.Anwar Sameem, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. Perused the material documents available on record.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the Writ Petitioner is directed to submit all the original bills before the State Level Empowered Committee. The State Level Empowered Committee shall consider the same and pass an order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is allowed. No Costs.
