The impleading petitioner states that he is the 'Administrator' for Claret Bhavan Karumathur and that he is entitled to defend the properties of Claret Bhavan. It is further stated therein that the impleading petitioner filed a civil suit in O.S.No.981 of 2025 against the writ petitioner and others for declaration and injunction.

2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner opposes this petition.

3. After examining the affidavit in support of this impleading petition and the documents filed in support thereof, it appears that the impleading petitioner is a necessary party. Therefore, this petition is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner be joined as the third respondent.

4.The Registry is directed to make the consequential amendments and list the matter on 14.10.2025.
