This writ petition is filed seeking for mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2014 and not to entertain any document for registration to be presented by the second and third respondents in respect of the properties or any of the document for creating encumbrance over the property stated in the representation.

2.Considering the limited prayer, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.03.2014 by giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3.
