The writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the property situate in Survey No. 1201/1A in Palayam Village, Gujiliamparai Thaluk, Dindigul District. 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the fourth respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the fifth and sixth respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/5

3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under sale deed, dated 01.03.2012. The patta for the subject property also stands in the name of the petitioner in patta No.5303. The petitioner submitted an application on 22.04.2025 in application No. 2025/0123/13/011532 seeking survey of the subject property. But the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.04.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, private respondents 5 and 6, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
