Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the second respondent in her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1073942/2023/kJ2 dated 07.08.2023 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondents to supply the liquor as per the licensing condition to the petitioner's club.
