ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner is no more and that the efforts taken by him to bring the legal heirs on record were not fruitful.

2.Since nobody is interested in prosecuting the case, this Court is of the view that it may not be appropriate to keep the matter pending. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
