This petition has been filed seeking quashment of NBW issued by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge/Sub Court, Periyakulam, Theni District, against the witness LW.13/Petitioner in S.C.No.70 of 2017 dated 12.08.2022. 1/3

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main case is ended in acquittal. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
