ORDER
This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 1st respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.22137 of 2024, dated 30.01.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the first respondent / accused and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent.
3. The victim appeared before this Court and submitted that she does not want to marry the first respondent / accused. The said statement is recorded. The cancellation of bail application was filed by the victim, stating that the petitioner is not complied with the condition. One of the condition is to marry the defacto complainant / petitioner herein. When the victim herself states that she is not inclined to marry the accused, the condition cannot be0 implemented and therefore the ground raised in the cancellation of bail application cannot be entertained. 2/4
