PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct survey and earmark the petitioners land in S.No.146/27A1 Kokulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District within a time stipulated by this Court. The petitioner has submitted an application on 22.10.2020 to survey her land based on the revenue records and also the decree, which has been granted in her favour. The petitioner was directed to submit the application through online. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner has also applied through online on 04.07.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has approached this Court that her application has not been considered.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submits that the respondents are yet to peruse the civil Court decree produced by the petitioner and thereafter a decision would be taken. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and considering that the petitioner has submitted her application on 22.10.2020 and also submitted another application through online on 04.07.2023, this writ petition 2/4

is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the petitioner's application in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
