ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the review applicant and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. 2.The first respondent herein filed W.P(MD)No.12815 of 2024 for conducting survey of the petition mentioned land. The writ petition was disposed of on 18.06.2024 by issuing the usual set of directions. Seeking a review of the said order, this Review Application came to be filed. 3.It is beyond dispute that the writ petitioner is very much having patta in his favour. The learned counsel for the review applicant states that civil suit is pending between the parties. Survey authorities are directed to issue notice to the review applicant also. Objections to be submitted by the review applicant shall be considered by the survey authorities and a 2/4

speaking order shall be passed. The survey authorities are directed to adhere to all the directions set out in order dated 18.06.2024 in W.P(MD)No.12815 of 2024. I am satisfied that the direction given by this Court adequately protect the rights of the review applicant. 4.This Review Application is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
