Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to take appropriate actions against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2013.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to initiate proper action against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 24.07.2013. 2.The writ petitioner, who is presently aged about 79 years, states that on account of certain illegalities committed by the respondents 4 and 5, he made a representation for initiation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
action. However, no action has been taken by the authorities concerned, and therefore, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present Writ Petition.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 states that the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner was properly enquired into by the competent authorities and the respondents 4 and 5 were transferred from the place and thereafter, the respondents 4 and 5 attained the age of superannuation and retired from service. The enquiry also was conducted properly by the respondents and on account of the enquiry, the respondents 4 and 5 were transferred.
4.This being the actions taken and in view of the fact that the respondents 4 and 5 retired from service, no further consideration is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
