This writ petition is filed as against the notice issued by the fourth respondent, dated 04.08.2015, directing the petitioner to demolish the entire safety wall within a period of 21 days. 2.Today(06.11.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has circulated a letter dated 31.10.2023 sent by the petitioner that she is not willing to prosecute this writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
