This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned 1st Additional Sub Court, Madurai, to dispose of O.S.No.116 of 2021. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the defendants 1 & 2 in the suit filed by the first respondent for dissolving the partnership business, on the file of the learned 1st Additional Sub Court, Madurai and prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time.

3.Since no adverse orders are passed, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the learned 1st Additional Sub Court, Madurai, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.116 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible. 2/5

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
