2. The present writ petition has been filed since the petitioner felt aggrieved by the registration of the third respondent in the same area as LCO.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the third respondent has now wound up his business operation and also written to the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation for cancellation of the registration.
