Order : This Criminal Miscellanous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUNIYANDI S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent no.1, and MR.S.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the respondent no.2, the Court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the medical examination is over. Samples of DNA of the second respondent and fetus of the petitioner have been sent for medical examination.

2. With regard to the allegation of threat, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that no such complaint has been received so far from this petitioner.

3. It is the contention on the part of the second respondent that only he was threatened by the defacto complainant's Advocate.

4. In view of the above said development and the above said investigation process is almost completed, I find no reason to cancel the bail granted to the second 2/3
